Barbara Noel is an American painter who lives on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. Noel is originally from Latrobe PA originally and studied Graphic Design at LaRoche College in Pittsburgh, PA. Noel owns her own graphic design business and enjoys painting and traveling in her spare time. Her favorite places to visit are Barbados in the Caribbean and seeing the country at Widespread Panic concerts.
